I may be missing some game mechanic or sth because mission 11 in chapter 2 feels like impossible. I already switched to relaxed but this mission is too much for me. All I got is Sheridans, M113s, Vulcans, Chaparrals, mortars and light vehicles, and I have to plow through endless enemy APCs which all have range 6 atgms and moves fast. I've beaten every mission in act 1 and act 2 on regular difficulty, so I'm well aware of the tactics in this game. But this mission is just stupid and tedious. The enemy starts with tons of autocannons hidden in the woods, plus troopers set up with the range 6,2-6 damage rockets, plus at least one long-range mortar. You get two of the crappy tanks, no long-range mortars, and no airstrikes. So what's the plan here? Slowly creep your infantry up to take out the stupid rocket dudes? Not really viable given...

However, the T-80 is a lot closer in terms of protection to the original M1 Abrams, than the late M60s. Based on what was declassified from both sides of the Iron Curtain, the original T-80 actually matches or surpasses the M1 Abrams. There was multiple really important upgrades to the armor and firepower before the Persian Gulf War. Also, why was the T-72 Ural less protected than the M60? The T-72 Ural was used in the Iran-Iraq War and it was widely shown (according to both sides) to be better protected...
