Who's the best girl?

I already completed new game and went for other endings but it's dissapointing that delusions are just something that happens inside MC head and then you go on like nothing happened. I played a bit of Chaos;Head and if I remember correctly delusions there changed story, here nothing. It's just some cryptic way to create different character routes. Correct me if I am mistaken....

i want to play the games in order but i cant find any way to get chaos head this is literally the hardest video game to get that i have ever seen
