Let's be honest. Who has not heard of SpongeBob SquarePants? This defined and entire generation of childhoods. A fantastic remake of a cult classic!

Yes, I am a 26 year old playing SpongeBob SquarePants. I still love it to this day! So, let's sing it together!

It does the show justice! Game looks great in a way that fits and there's a lot of pictures straight from the show itself. The only thing I wish they did different was making dream Gary be able to talk normally and maybe if he had his dream appearance from that one episode. The actual game was fun, it tries to freshen every level up with a different mechanic or character to keep it from getting stale and the different zones are noticeably different and pleasurable.

Battle for Bikini Bottom is like comfort food. It’s easy to indulge and uplifting in all the right ways. Like a childhood blast from the blast, it’s quickly easy to see why this licensed platformer became a cult-classic. Such a great game.
