Does anyone know how to make placing buildings behind another building without the building placing on top? I keep moving my buildings but then the cost is too high. Overall finding it quite frustrating for what seems like a simple game.

Any idea how to get/trigger this event? I haven't seen any cats.

What types of game modes will there be like campaign mode, Sandbox mode or like a story mode?

(In tech valley), have two cabin 4's that do not want to merge together. I built them separate and moved them next to each other, but they're refusing to pop into a 5. I had a 5 make itself already so it works on principal but I can't remember if I built that one next to the original 4 or not.
