No. The entire game is a sarcastic meme reference. There is no part 1 or anything else.

Here's some meme backstory:
In october 18, 2018, there was mass shooting commited by one student in Polytechnic College, located in city Kerch. Some time later, in radio studio called vesti.fm (or "news.fm") there was an invited "expert" that did this little speech about specific game that didnt even exist back then called DOKA 2, claiming it was exactly the same game that this shooter was obsessed to play before commiting the crime.
