For me, the achievements wouldn't physically pop up on my screen when I got them, but were present on the games page when I checked. I also couldn't get the secret achievement, despite following the correct steps. It might have to do with the fact I saved a file first after editing Save13 instead of loading, but who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
