It's been long time since last update, are devs still working on this game, or it has been abandoned?

I can't find where to get raw steel. anyone know?

The first time I saw the game, I was hyped but had the patience to wait another year in hope to play a more polished version. Now, trying it out, I hit reality pretty fast. Very interesting concept, but the MC is basically narcoleptic (destroying the game loop), and the game is overwhelmingly cluttered with bugs of all sorts. After experiencing a CTD just 2 hours into playtime, I didn't even bother to restart the game. It seems like the devs have abandoned the game, with their last patch being from 10 mon...

Once I leave the first area my farmers stop being able to water the plants. They keep walking to the water tanks but just stand there doing nothing (or seem to be trying to walk into it) Is there a fix/work around?
