sounds like a loading issue or rendering issue to me. I would move the files of the game to a faster storage e.g. an SSD, verify files, and also update to latest graphics drivers.

With all due respect, but how can this in anyway be related to loading or rendering? The files are verified, it'e on the C drive which is SSD and I check for updates on every driver every 3 months.

With all due respect, you did not even mention any specifics like hardware used.

How are people supposed to guess it's a controller issue if not even mentioning that it doesn't work when you use your clone controller but when not using it, it does?
(also seeing your other post, in which you mention you use a Logitec F710, which is a X BOX compatible controller, could be related to the Logitech specific one you use, as a real XBOX 360 Controller I use works fine).
