No achievements despite getting the achievment rewards?
I got a few mods installed and completed a achievement in a run but it doesn't appear on steam, is that cause I got mods installed?

If I recall correctly, mods can block achievements, though there is a workaround around that (I think you should be able to find it in the workshop as another mod).

It probably is this one. If you have discord, you can ask around on OSFE official discord where to look for it and how to make sure it works.
