DLC not transfer through Steam Family Share

As the title, seems like the DLC is not installed for my family account 4 some reason, even tho it's displayed as "installed". Tried to restart the game, re-install the game but nothing changed, any help?

They fixed this a while ago as it was considered an "exploit".

It's on the store page:

"※ About Family Sharing
Family sharing is only supported for the main game package. DLCs are not supported for family sharing. You must own the DJMAX RESPECT V package to use the DLCs."

Does that mean if the family member buys the base game then your dlcs will be shared to them? Not sure...
