ex: super monkey fanclub stack supported by village, alchemist, striker jhones, and mermonkey will let you make a lot of low cost super monkies with high pierce+"normal" typing (two villages), but you need like 7+2 SMFC to really make this worth.
1-4-0 Druid. Aside his active skill (give money AND lifes), he can instantly pop any bloon below ceramic, leads included.
4-x-x Boomerang. He can solo mostly all the below 40 rounds. With middle path, his attack speed is even higher, and with below path, more range, damage and being able to pop leads.
0-2-4 Dart. Very cheap and very useful. Attack speed and range insanely high, can see camos and deal criticals.
x-x-4 Ninja. Your main anti-MOAB. With top path, his attack speed is increased and can throw more shurikens each attack, and middle path gives him camo revealing and push back bloons (both on inflict damage)
Keep in mind - Druid is proper where they are as far as balance - they were absolute trash before.
