I liberated Constantinople with the Greeks and it the area turned yellow and became its own region of two provinces I think. Constantinople is Greek and Balsa is Turkish and both are in the yellow. Problem is the land cannot be clicked on like it doesn't exist. Every other province in the world I can click on but not those two. I can click on Balsa and Constant cities as usual but not on the land. Another oddity is what is that region? I had a claim on the land of Constant province but it turned yellow on...
