Why this game has 100 steam achievements but no manual?

Is this a joke?? The link is already dead and there is nothing there file wise.

It would be nice if you could explain how to trigger and or achieve some of the more obscure achievements like Germania in Midwest US or New Franconia in Brazil

New Franconia can trigger if Germany is at war with UK and it's alliance is winning. The achievement is given if New Franconia survives until the end of the game.

If Germany controls at least 3 of the American regions around Midwestern states and Great Lakes, they will get an event offering to found Germania. This will give the achievement.

Greatly appreciated! It would be helpful if such information could be put in the Steam achievements or the manual for newer players.

I'm kind of shocked that there has been so little further progress on adding to the manual. With crucial game mechanics like food supply so difficult to penetrate, I would have thought you could achieve more than to simply explain the interface!

This is a fun game, but its mechanics are quite opaque
