Im playing as Julian, I lost Monika after the ship quest. Is she dead? Is she never coming back in any way shape or form? If not, why in the bloody hell would the developers do this? (I read on the internet that she dies, but the game made it seem like shes just somewhere else since no one ever talked about it in the game, and the log was a little vague)...

Heya, I'm pretty new to Romancing Saga 3 and find myself unable to progress. I've closed three abyss gates (the remaining gate is Forneus') who I'm unable to beat. I try to change the terrain element to something like ground with Grand Slam, but that's inconsistent. Realistically speaking, what should be setup and stats look like to comfortably beat the last stretch of the game?
