This game is incredibly loud, I'd like to turn down the volume in-game but I can't find anything in the settings.

I selected to play in full screen. The screen went black and that was all. Not even the windows key took me out of the game. Control, alt, delete didn't even do anything. I had to shut the computer off with the power button while still in the game.
