We do not have official modding support for China: Mao's Legacy. However, you can make a mod yourself using unofficial tools, such as decompiling the game. We don't mind if you purchase the official version beforehand. There is also official modding support for Crisis in the Kremlin: The Cold War, especially for mods with translation. You can try your hand by translating the demo.
