Who is Tan Lifu?
All the other leaders I can find information on (Hua Guofeng, Deng Xiaoping, Wang Hongwen, etc) but this dude is a complete enigma. Is he a fictional character by any chance? If there are any photos of him/articles regarding him/info at all, I'd be interested in seeing.

Tan Bin (August 1942- ), formerly known as Tan Lifu, born in Yan'an, Shaanxi Province, originally from Zixing, Hunan Province, is a government official of the People's Republic of China, director of the General Office of the Ministry of Culture, and secretary of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Palace Museum. During the Cultural Revolution, he became famous for his couplets advocating the ‘theory of descent’.
