During the 2nd trip to Bloom Park after I finished talking to the passenger, the game froze at the black screen (presumably loading?) with just the cursor visible and the audio loop playing. Alt-f4 made it hang completely and I had to kill the process.

Not sure if I should just give up or keep going and hope it gets better. As a huge fan of the Zero Escape series, as well as Ever17 and Remember11 from the infinity series... I was really hoping to like Ai: The Somnium Files, but... was it really written by the same guy? The writing, and especially the dialogue is all just so pathetically juvenile... it feels like something that would make a 12 year old blush. All of the characters that have gotten significant screen time so far are just plain annoyin...

My game will randomly crash while im in a somnium or lag really badly in the post somnium cut-scenes. Is anyone else having this problem?

Or it is just unpredictable twists

any news on fixes for win 7 not loading cutscenes properly? was really enjoying the game in the beta test branch, but there havent been any updates in a long while, and got tired of constantly having to save and re-load even in the test branch to have cutscenes load....
