I played this game expecting some sort of detective story game. I got that in a package of good music, fun gameplay, quirky characters, and an interesting story which unfolds in a well paced way and encourages you to try to piece things together yourself. It was really interesting uncovering new bits of information and seeing how all of the threads slowly start to connect to make up a bigger picture.

I wasn't at all expecting the game to use so much innuendo/pervy humour and usually this isn't really for me and it seemed a bit over the top at first so I was wondering if I would enjoy this game as much as I hoped, but it grew on me. The characters also show themselves to be more than their silly comments and I'm glad I continued since I enjoyed the game more the more I played. It was definitely less serious than expected but there were also times where the game acknowledged solemn moments with there being no silly remarks available in your surroundings. By the end of the game, I definitely felt quite invested in the characters and their relationships and personal stories.

The game also did a great job of not being frustrating. There were plenty of features which allowed me to easily go and replay sections (either as part of the gameplay, for achievements, or just because I wanted to) quickly (with fast forward) and without having to replay whole other sections to get there so jumping around to very specific story moments was incredibly easy.
Also for a game which revolves around one specific "task" that you do repeatedly, it does not feel repetitive. Each somnium is unique and has it own vibe so it feels different each time.

There are a few puzzles in Somniums to progress but otherwise there is no need to try to figure out the story before it unfolds itself (unless you want to).
Overall I had a lot of fun with this game and would recommend it as an enjoyable experience.

The dirty jokes is too much in this game!! Jokes about porn, boobs and pedophilia every 5 minutes!! even when there's a murder case they still talk about boobs!! this game doesn't make any sense!! you can't take anything seriously!!
