it could be done when you finish Iris's, Ota's and Mizuki's routes. Pewter tells you the core info about switching minds and that Sejima So had a son named Saito and that he killed a person when he was 12. And some others clues from the routes. So yes, you can predict the plottwist but you should emphasize body switching.
My point here is that your statement is false, as it depends on whatever it is.
So yeah, not impossible, but especially in a series like this, the order can often matter ALOT.
