Since its release in October 2023, Dark Envoy has continued to evolve, and this showcase provides an opportunity for new and returning players to see the game highlighted within the broader context of regional game development.

While Event Horizon will not have a physical presence at DevGAMM Gdańsk, its inclusion in the Baltic Showcase underscores its contribution to the region's gaming landscape. Players can still experience the unique blend of real-time combat and tactical decision-making that defines Dark Envoy.

Freezes on shut down

Wren I try to shut down the game and return to desktop, the game freezes. I can open the task manager, but can't access it.

might is a thing too increase damage for a ranger?

normally, dexterity is a stat for increasing damage output for a gun or bow user in rpg but i dont see dexterity in this game.

game freezes frequently

in the tutorial the game froze, it wasn't a full freeze, audio was still running and mouse cursor was there but everything else was locked up, had to exit game through keyboard entry with task manager (which showed it was not responding) I tried again and got past the tutorial only for it to freeze up not long later. I see in the forum people reporting similar problem since last year and there is still no fix?...

okay i played it all the way through and it was just the most bland rpg ever. im not saying its bad it just lacks the flavor to get one into it. the ai can pretty much handle combat without you doing anything. the story filled with choices that clearly dont make a real difference are boring.

It's a fun game. The story can be a bit cliche with the whole "great evil" but still good. I expected to play as one main character, but in the game, you play as two main characters simultaneously, Kaela (the sister) and Malakai (the brother), I really liked Malakai's character, for the entire game.

The gameplay mechanics are mostly point and click (and more if choosing to use the skills with buttons), but the camera can be frustrating, sometimes getting stuck, but otherwise, all else was great.
