mosaics are required per Japanese export laws if i remember correctly.

Common knowledge, but there are plenty of games that make it stateside without mosaics.

Link which was redirected to google drive in ver.2 is pointed to steam group called Nukige in the ver.5. And unfortunately that old google drive link has been expired.

If you search hakoniwa.logic.eng.patch on google, the first hit is Reddit thread with working link.
