NO DEMO on the shopsite ?!!
Finally I found out, why I can't download the Demo anymore :virus_sad: :

In Germany there is no more access to the DEMO on the shopsite of this game due to missing age-rating !!

Please take action, rate the Demo and offer it in Germany, too (again). :cybereye:

This should be fixed now.

So, for any other developer:
In the Store Page Settings for the demo, under Ratings, select "inherit", if appropriate.
Then, in "Content Survey" settings of the demo, most fields should be greyed out, because inherited, but there are still some other fields beneath that which need to be filled out, which do not seem to be inherited. (Even though they should, in my opinion.)
And then publish the changes, of course.
Be aware: There's a save button on that content survey page. And the Steam backend might not show you that there are unpublished changes, but you can re-publish anyway.

In our case it was one of these extra questions which was unanswered yet.

As far as I can see the main game has the appropriate age rating and the demo is set to inherit them from the main game.
I'll take a closer look, but I will probably have to contact the Steam support, and I don't know when this will get solved.

Thank you for mentioning it.

Yes, thank you for your efforts in advance (and the quick response). :Smilingdemon:

But you can check if this is the case on steamdb, too, if you need proof (under "restricted_countries") :winter2019happybulb: :

Hey talecrafter - another DEV that fixed the issue said you need to "ckick 'publish' again" (after activating the inheritance-setting) ! - Had you already tried this ?

Here's the link to the regarding forum-thread:

Oh, that's great - thank you very much for those additional explanations ! I will pass this on to DEVs who still have problems to fix this (and I think this could be very helpful). :hexhappy:

Additionally, your Demo works now (again) !! :steamhappy: - Thank you very, very much for your quick response (in the name of all interested German - and all other possibly blocked - players, too) ! :Smilingdemon:

...and (a late) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all. :winter2019happygingerbread:

Hey talecrafter , I (/we Germans) have got another (additional) problem now:

I'm not allowed to inform any other DEVs about the issue with the missing Demos/shopsites anymore (I've got a warning from Steam and they said they would ban me if I continue doing this (because it's considered as Spam :steamfacepalm:) :virus_sad:

So, could you please also pass those info (/complaints about not being clear/easy for DEVs, what to do / to know that this problem exists) onto the Steam-support (and maybe some other DEVs), too ? I guess that it would be of much more importance (and more promising) when you would do this - istead of me; - and maybe this will even cause the Steam-support to do something to solve this issue in general (because you are by far not the only DEV with this problems now - and we Germans are now blocked from thousands of shopsites and even more Demos). - That would be great. :cybereye:
