Retail as Steam key?
Is it possible to buy a retail copy to get working Steam key? (Because the game has a serial)
Works it with Steam?

The GFWL key will be invalid when activated on steam. The only way you could get juiced 2 on steam was by the store or as a gift. No steam keys exists for it either.

it was possible, it's just rare, right now no one have it, and i'm sure if it get sold somewhere, it will be high in price due to it's rarity

Licences, GDWL.(Many Windows Live are removed, some don't get a re-release on Steam)
