Hello, After the title screens display the game stops running without any error

Game crashes on start, win10, rx6600 compatibility modes dont help

I just cant figure out how this level is possible. Everyone is so unhappy that a bunch of villagers leave literally less than a minute after the level starts, destroying the very expensive city house, combined with a fire outside the coverage zone, and plague started by the bandits. The happiness is so low that i have to lower my taxes to the point that im not making any money, and without money i cant build anything to make the people happy again....
