there is a fullscreen issue thats makes it so my game is zoomed in making it hard to see things and i cant see the e.c stamp at all

It is the 1st day of 232 AG.

I have recently saved a general's life, had to relocate my family, and got a nurse shot. On the previous day, the new nurse had kinda spazzed out and gave me a copy of the instructions for the identity stamper I already had.

Suddenly, I am given the new priority stamper with no introduction to it whatsoever.

It is the 2nd day of 232 AG in the route described above. The nurse heard about my new move that happened yesterday, even though I had moved several days prior. She then explains the priority stamper. Clearly the text is misplaced.

Hello, the text works fine when it is displayed as subtitles, eg. when talking to nurse at the hospital, when watching TV, but when talking to people in third person (ie when I can see Romano) the text always bugs out, flashing in and out of existence as it renders, usually ending up displaying nothing, except for punctuation and numbers. I have no idea what could cause that bug, so, yeah. It makes it kind of impossible to understand the story which sucks.

That is really odd, I'm not sure what could cause that. I haven't seen that issue before. Does it persist upon restarting?

Yes, it does, since I took those screenshots after closing the game and realising I should take screenshots to show you and re-opening.

Hey, I wasn't sure if I actually restarted my PC before I restarted the game, so just to be sure I played through to the cutscene where the brown mouse is blindfolded by the SRM over the admission of Manchego soldiers, the same bug was still happening the whole time. Obviously, I have restarted my PC since my last post, so just thought I should confirm the bug. Are there any files I could send you to help?
