I was wondering if certain Characters had their Requests available only during specific conditions such as months or specific resets(1/11/21)?

I've been reloading my game trying to get a Request from Esty for my 1 missing Friendship Point, but I can't seem to be able to get one. I also noticed that I haven't seen any from Pamela either. I think I've seen them for everyone else though.

If it matters, I've been resetting for Y3 M4 D1 reset (first day of Year 3).

EDIT: I started going to 4/11 on my loads and I seem to see Esty and Pamela a decent amount of times on that date. Is it just impossible to get them on 4/1? I've probably been reloading like 5-6 hours over the week, if not more.
