I used to be ahead in Yearly Population Goals, but it's been over 6 months and I haven't received any news tasks, therefore losing my head entirely and seem to be capped at 17k Population without being able to gain any new Dev Points due to the lack of Tasks.

Is there any specific triggers for them? As far as I remember, the last main tasks I've had was at Hart Outpost.

EDIT: Make sure to explore all the locations when pushing further on the map, even if you think that you're too weak and you'd waste a few days. There is some maps that you have to try entering in order to receive new Plans the next time you consult Rufus.
