Report a translation problem
As for the visual novel aspect, most titles end up with that tag due to the style of the cutscenes more so then just having cut scenes.
They tend to have a lot of text to read, and character sprites/portraits to repersent the characters talking, instead of text bubbles or what the Mysterious games do. They involve a fair bit of reading.
Of the 13 hours I currently have though I would say only 4-5 hours of it has been reading so far, which really isn't bad.
