Assassin charged abillity?
so these "charged abillitys" are automatic, right? I dont have to click anything?

Because i have no clue how i get the assassin (unit upgraded from spy) to attack from far away how it says in the abillitys description.

The charge ability for the Carbine Attack only works on hero and mercenary. Unlike the pistol attack ability for the agent, it attacks all units rather it being restricted to hero and merc (for some reason).
