fixed a bug where humidity dropped back down to 50% making it very hard to sustain swamps.

i removed humans becoming evil from not having too much food. apparently this used to be bugged, but i accidentally "fixed" it during adding the translations.

- enabled salt deposits again
- slowed down the nature decay when not having enough food with x0.25

fixed the crash that occurred in the new localization build

I found some time to implement the translations or Chinese and Spanish that the community made!
You can change the language in the main menu.

finally figured out the problem.
mac builds should work again.

uploaded a 64-bit build for macosx.
however, i'm not a 100% sure it was the right version. let me know if there is something off.
