Good stuff but the content doesn't justify the price. Better buy on sale.

I'm generally pretty forgiving of flaws in games but this game was disappointing. It just feels bad to play IMO. You don't get great feedback when you're getting hit from behind, boss enemies feel pretty easy to kill but are incredibly tanky, and all in all the game feels not great to play along with the card system which feels like a chore to use.

It's impossible not to compare it to L4D2 it's the same dev with a nearly identical gameplay style. L4D2 came out 16 years ago and manages to be a lot more fun and polished than Back 4 Blood. It's not bad because it's not L4D I was fully expecting a different experience but what I got wasn't a different experience but a far worse feeling one.

Honestly, I wanted to give this game a fair shot, but if the game is going to talk to me in a language I don't understand (German) even though I have English selected, I can't really recommend it.

Holy hell this game is literally unplayable. Error message after error message without telling exactly what the issue is. How is anyone playing this hot mess?

There are much better zombie co op games out there. Left 4 dead, World war Z, just to name a few. Only get this game on sale if you really want to.

fantastic game - tons of replayability. the guns feel like butter. customize ur gameplay with fun gun attachments and a 15 card ability boosting deck. lots of variation in the enemy types. beautiful levels. great power progression. exceptional DLC content. easily find people to play with using the "quick play" game mode. decent AI bot characters if u want to play solo. Many many different guns to choose from. lots of items - healing items, offensive items like grenades, utility items like barbwire. great bosses. many difficulty levels. my favorite game. i cannot recommend it enough. easy to make new friends and play together. K&M plays better than controlers.
