I need to drag the mouse across my whole desk multiple times to simply turn around, also the hand is barely moving. When trying to move it up/down, need to scroll my mouse wheel like 50 times to move it ever so slightly.

Sensitivities are already set to max and in the menu, the mouse works fine at normal speed.
But character control is unusable....
