How can i start a new game to get the Skip Tutorial achievement?

I'm pretty sure I met the requierement of Dissipating entwine effect under a second. but the achievemement doesnt seem to unlock, what could be the problem? Edit: ok so apparently you need to do it literally a few miliseconds after your tower gets effected.. got lucky with a strange bug that allowed me to use unlimited spells so I got it that way.. to reproduce it select and activate the spell you want to use, and then hit esc and restart wave, you will then have unlimited uses of that spell....
