Hallo, was ist der Unterschied zwischen den Handelsversionen im Laden und den Steam Versionen von Magix? Vor- und Nachteile?

Every time i try to lauch the software it states that the installation folder is damaged and that the program can not be lauched the error suggests I uninstall and reininstall the program but i have tried that many time to no avail can anyone help me out plz?...
