Any way to reset your game / delete the save?
Hello devs of this fun game :)
I had already unlocked most of the game a while ago and you changed so much stuff lately and rebalanced everything that I would like the ability to start a new game/save/profile - totally fresh, gold, unlocked cards, characters, everything reset.

I followed some hints in other topics, deleting the prefs profile directory hidden in local data, deleted all the keys in regedit that ppl mentioned in topics or by searching for 'Fate Hunters', tried uninstalling etc but nothing worked, my save is still there, it's crazy -.-
So I'm at a loss, where is hidden this save if it's not in the registry? Is its name made gibberish to avoid players deleting it? And no, I don't use steam cloud so that shouldn't be it.

How can I reset my profile?

So that's where it's hidden. Clever.

However dunno if it worked because now it's stuck on the 'Click to play' message. Nothing works, mouse, XBox controller, keyboard... I tried checking the files with steam and uninstalling/reinstalling, no dice.
It worked perfectly before that. It's a known bug?

Edit: relaunching steam repaired it and yes the save was furbared correctly. Phew! May I suggest putting a button in the options menu to reset your progress? It's really needed.

Hello, I tried the procedure but I'm not able to reset my progress: it keeps loading my old savegame from the cloud although I disabled the Steam Cloud feature in the options...

Any suggestions?

Hi, try this (with disable steam cloud)
On macOS PlayerPrefs are stored in ~/Library/Preferences folder, in a file named unity.[company name].[product name].plist, where company and product names are the names set up in Project Settings. The same .plist file is used for both Projects run in the Editor and standalone players.

On Windows, PlayerPrefs are stored in the registry under HKCU\Software\[company name]\[product name] key, where company and product names are the names set up in Project Settings.

I'm trying to understand what to do in order to reset my progress: I see that you quote something from the Unity wiki about the PlayerPrefs class but it's unclear to me what kind of modification I should do to my Windows 10 registry... I'm not a programmer ;-)

rename UserProgress -> UserProgress.txt
change to

rename back to UserProgress

Ok that kinda worked, The continue option is gone now, but it was not replaced with a Play button, so how to I get that to come back? I verified the files and reinstalled the game, but still no play button in the main screen, just Library, options, credits and quit.
