so i need 1 million of them in storage, is it 1 million empty or 1 million filled?

I have been playing for a few hours and thought I had the basic gameplay down. I have been exploring and expanding into new sectors. I claim the system and then click Build Station. The station framework appears, but the build ship does not come to build it. I now have several sectors with unbuilt stations waiting for someone to build them. The builder ship has iron to build. It will build other things, such as new modules in existing areas. I am at a loss as to why they will not build....

i have tried multiple times to play this game but its not working i get stuck from the beginning and i need help is there anyone who could help me from a voice call or something

Wondering if the sub 30hours in-game run is even possible when steam shows 0.0% got it. It is the only achiev I am slightly worried about. Haven´t tried it yet, but for comparison my Iron Will 15 took 643h in-game. I willl mop up the rest in next game like Planetary deposits consume resources and Alternative research, which are the ones, along with speedrun i didn´t go for than.
