Why ? I played >7 hrs (but in relaxed mode, is this the problem ???) ...

Yeasterday I played for 2 hours without problems. But today the game doesn't start, after the "suricate software" screen it's just closes every time. I changed settings to window mode, but without luck. help?

I bought this yesterday. It runs perfectly on my desktop computer but won't load up at all on my Surface Pro 2017, and I particularly wanted this for the Surface tablet. When I click on "play," I can see a transparent square on the taskbar, as if it's trying to start, but then I'm back at my Steam library screen. Any thoughts as to how I can get this to run? I'd hate to refund what is such a fun, casual game....

Same as I just learned a few minutes ago on original Jewel Match Solitaire. Turning off fullscreen succeeded like in that other one, but again I had to 'X' out of the entire game to get out of Options. L'Amour's situation is worse, attempting to turn off widescreen there just freezes the game and requires a reboot to get back to normal....
