Can you get all the class achievements on one character or do you need a new level 50 character for each?

afaik you can get a few on one character, but you will need to make a few new characters
Just do some routing, and you probably won't need to make too many

Reach lvl 50 without leveling up and then make a copy of your save

split your personality and make a new character for each
