now i got a white screen when i start the game and nothing else happens. tried to reinstall it, same issue

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a 'bug', but something weird... So I was looking for my last cicada. According to the chapters in the library, I had 10/10 for each chapter, except the last. I scoured high and low, but couldn't find it in "A New Home". Lost for ideas on where else to look, I ended up finding near the very end of the previous chapter, "A Cool Change". It says I'm at 6/7 food patches in Chapter 1. I've been going through that level multiple times but can't seem to find that last patch. I've also noticed that while going through that level multiple times, I now only seem to find 4? Plus at one point there is this arrow where nothing is showing. I hope someone can help me, it's all I need to have this game 100%...

Just a warning to people about the cockatoos on Cool Change, the animation that plays when you startle the cockies moves your wombat's position, and that can cause him to repeatedly startle the cockatoos, replaying the animation more and more.
