Been 2 months, still coming soon or is this just canceled on steam

Hey, it seems this product listing goes back to mid 2019. The store page implies is was already out and will be releasing again soon. I noticed that searching the store does not show it as a result which is peculiar. I had one small problem and wanted to learn something and now hours of my life have been wasted again with nothing to show for it....
