I bought the game today and the duck spawns at the out of the map

When I start the game, my duck doesn’t apear to me.

Instalei o jogo, personalizei o pato e quando abre o pato não aparece. Ja limpei os dados, ja desinstalei e instalei novamente e nada. Mas alguem?

i don't why but every time i want to join, it just gives me a loading screen, forever.

When I enter training (at very start of game) the Power training never starts, and I am unable to make the duck do anything. I can exit that training, but can't move forward in the game because I can't cause enough damage to any other ducks in battle... any advice?...
