stats reseting

there are something am i doing wrong? i did more than 100 matches and i have won more than 100 matches too. but i get reset the progress to the achievements. so i dont know if there is something to do for get that achievement

its a common bug in this game, the stats reset all the time its just luck if you last long enough for the achievements, tip: open all the lootboxes in one go

took me 30 hours
took a friend 58 hours
took another friend 4 hours
