The game starts, the intro runs, then that little thing on the bottom right just kees on spinning. What gives?

The discrption says ''erned every gold medals in squard assault mode '' in total of 9 medals, but only show 3 mapas.So , the dificult dooesnt influency in total of medals?For example , if i made through 3 levels in casual mode , i've the change of erned the 9 gold medals?...

Can anyone tell me what was I exactly supposed to do to get gold ruthlessness medal in this squad assault mission? I destroyed every single tower there was in each wave and I got silver. It's not such a big deal, but I really can't see how I could have missed gold....

Game launches to black screen. I can hear the intro video and can even see the cursor and hear myself hovering over menu options but the screen remains black. Mohave 10.14.5
