Tech Corp Alpha 1.8 - 7/30/19

Thanks for all the criticism, we appreciate your opinions, good or bad. We are determined to make the game better from now on. This build includes a cut down marketing system. We know it was intrusive, and now it's only a one time setup.

Next we are going to work on an “Auto-Manage” feature, so if you decide, managers can auto select tasks based on a priority system. We will introduce this to the programmer manager first and then to the lead developer, who’s task will be picked up by the programmer!

- Bussines corrected to Busyness (joking, lots of typos corrected).
- Now we really make sure that you can’t launch games without a name or a franchise (Launching a game with no name or brand will cause your save file to get corrupt).
- Added close button to the world map menu.
- Now marketing has only one stage, configured inside the product creation.
- Now marketing has only one “report” popup, at 77% of the manufacturing stage.
- Now software will only be displayed when you have addons to use with your product, an has been simplified for the time being.
- Launch reports now display most of its information as %;
- Addons scroll speed increased.
- Corrected a display issue on the gamecards, it was showing sales instead of revenue.
- Fixed a math error when hiring actors for trailers.
- Removed marketing options from the launch panel on product creation.
- Launching date minimum reduced from 60 days to 15 days.
- Fixed a bug that was causing Add-on development cards to be stuck after completing the work.
- Fixed a bug that was causing the welcome message to show instead of the product launch informational panel.
- Fixed an issue with the final rating on the product report window.

- Now you can accept up to 3 contracts at any time.
- Now contract requirements will turn green when you have enough software or hardware components.
- Now hardware contracts will not request for round numbers that can make you think something has completed when its not.
- Fixed a bug that was causing the factory and office UI to merge!
- Fixed a bug that was making machines end up in the office!
- Fixed a bug that was causing canceling buying machines to not return your money!
- Esc button now works for canceling machine placement.
- Renamed manufacturing contract cards to hardware contract (sorry again for the confusion).
- Fixed a bug on platform that allow developer and user satisfaction to go negative.
- Now module research should be unlocked in sandbox.
- Now you can scroll correctly on the fixes tab in the platform menu.
- Fixed an issue that was making promotion dropdowns to show "Option 1, option 2, etc".
- Discount and duration sliders now reset on the platform window.
- The "Main Menu" bankrupt button now works as expected.
- Fixed a bug on the world map that was causing to get charge double when unlocking a region.
- Now programmers should reset correctly after stopping a task.
- Now lead developers should reset correctly after stopping a task.
- Manager should reset correctly now after stopping a task.
- Fixed some display issues in the game customization window.
- A lot of typos corrected.
- Fixed an issue with the steam API that was causing the game to crash when returning to the main menu.
- Rebalanced "Issues" and developer satisfaction for the platforms.
- Max amount of employees increased to 40 on the big office. And 14 on the small office.
- Upgrading office cost rebalanced.
- Corrected a display issue on the product and game elements on the brand menu.
- Brands values rebalanced.
- Corrected a display issue on the left card brands menus.
- Corrected a bug that was preventing franchises to get brand value and fans.

We have been listening to all suggestions and bugs, we are working as fast as we can to bring improvements to the game.

- Now sandbox it's unlocked by default.
- Now you get to choose starting extra money while playing sandbox.
- Now you can't click the more button on products and games while you are in the factory.
- Fixed a bug that causing players to get stuck if they click the background while in a game notification.
- Fixed a bug that was causing a loop when the games ask for more physical copies of a game.
- Now game sales should be more spread out, instead of happening the same day.
- Rebalanced game sales algorithm.
- Now you can order up to 1m unit games.
- Replaced some ui.
- Renamed Manufacturing contracts to Hardware contracts (sorry for the confusion)

Next we are working on making improvements to the sandbox mode and bug fixes for the platforms.
