Is this game Portrait Mode compatible? For some reason, all the Doujin games I purchase are not Portrait mode compatible. If not, WHY not!?

In my environment, it will look like a screenshot if this game is launched in either full screen / window mode. It is not resolved even if you reinstall or check the integrity of the game file.
