yes and no. the game recurrently atracts new players but hardly builds up a solid crowd. Problem is its just one dev, hence updates are super rare and usually very minor changes. So the longtime motivation for playing is not really present. Its too bad, since this is one of the best tank sims at all, and the multicrew option is just awesome.
You should join steelcrew discord server, there is regular tank game on sundays with a few people. I droppen +100 hours in this game but also had to part with it because of the above mentioned reasons. Only two (unfinished) maps, very simple damage model, no different ammo types available, gunsight does not work for ranging, and and and.
But for some MP fun i really recommend it. and its likely vital that the game still has some traffic so the dev has still motivation to proceed.
