No. It's pvp with optional bots for now.

Does that mean you can play offline against bots? I Like the game but I'm not interested at all in multiplayer, so it's put me of buying it.

You can host a game. Set a password. Select empty tanks are AI controlled. Boom, your playing single player against bots.

does the mean the AI is controlling stations you are not in from the tank while you are also fighting against ai?

no, and this is a problem. All other tanks have 3 crew bots but you are alone in the tank. This is dum. dev should give the option for the tank commander to give orders to move or shoot in case 2 others is controlled by IA
