What do you mean we're lying? I like CV, I like GE3. They're vastly different, and without knowing OP's tastes recommending one or the other is hard.

Definitely Code Vein. Better story, better combat, and more (arguably) more replayability due to the the NG+ cycles. GE3 is a good game, dont get me wrong, but its literally based around tediously farming the same enemies in the same 3 maps. Code Vein is more fun imo, because its more about honing your skills and coming up with interesting builds vs what GE3 offers- grinding for gear to make the encounters much, much easier. Totally different games, though.

ok hear me out...how? I've been trying to love that game for years. on and off on and off. but I just can't vibe with it somehow?

personally I think it's the fact that playing anything other than heavy weapons feels so unrewarding.

Use the glaives in Code Vein. My playtime on here isn't accurate as I own it on PS4 as well. I find heavy weapons make it worse, to be honest. I own GE 3 on PS4 and Switch as well, I'm just here looking to see how many are playing it on Steam. Also, don't buy the Code Vein DLC, it's awful, and I was really let down by those. Game to me is 9/10.
