Fix the game's executable, bastards. Your launcher removal broke most of your old games (XCOM UE/EW, Civilization V, every mafia game can crash randomly after launcher removal).

Since the release of Mickey Mouse puke(Civ vi), there has never been a discount on it, they are trying to hide Civ V from the steam audience.

I held out hope for VII due to the realism and military changes. Nope. Reinstalling V and accepting it as the last actual Civ game. VII is some random 4X game with Civ slapped on the box. It's like Disney Star Wars saying it's Star Wars. You can't take Rome or the Aztecs to space. Your progress is wiped 2x. No choices it's all on rails. It's a skin job mess.

even 2k know civ v is still their best civ game. its sad really

the latest patch seems to have stopped Civ V from launching

Civ V works for me. Followed the method of updating the files. Only had to do so once.

As to Civ VI/VII - no thanks. Tried 6 was garbage to me. 7 is more broken than a pre alpha state game & never should have been released. Can't wait to see the lawsuits over that one.
